We invite all collegiate institutions to join the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate Community! The value of starting an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø chapter lies in the activities your local chapter undertakes and the leadership opportunities it provides for undergraduate students to lead those efforts and manage the chapter. You can establish an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø collegiate chapter at any time throughout the year. Once the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate Chapter Affiliation Form is submitted, it typically takes about four weeks to process the request and confirm your chapter’s affiliation.

- Faculty Advisor and Chapter President review and complete

Can our Faculty Advisor purchase an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate Membership?
No, Faculty Advisors are required to hold an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Professional or Academic membership. We encourage faculty advisors to approach their department chair or dean for assistance in obtaining an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø membership.
Can our chapter have more than one Faculty Advisor?
Yes, chapters are permitted to have co-advisors. Faculty advisors must hold their own individual ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Professional or Academic memberships.
Do students need collegiate memberships prior to starting the affiliation form?
No, please hold on having students purchase their ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate Membership or completing a group membership purchase until the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø can assure that your institution is available as an option to select in the membership flow. Your Collegiate Community contact will inform you when individuals can complete their membership purchase/group purchase.
What is required for my Collegiate Chapter to remain affiliated and in good standings?
Each year, all Collegiate Chapters are required to submit the following to ensure they remain affiliated and in good standing:
- Chapter Plan
- Annual Report
- Report Incoming Chapter Leaders
- Retain at least 10 active collegiate members
Failure to submit or report the above information for two consecutive years will place the chapter “at risk.” If a chapter fails to report for three or more consecutive years, the chapter will lose its ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø collegiate chapter status and will become inactive. Once a chapter becomes inactive, the institution will have to reapply as a new ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate Chapter, and will be required to resubmit and the $50 affiliation fee.
When are the reports required for affiliation and good standing due?
- Chapter Plan – Due in early-October 2025
- Annual Report – Due in early-February 2026
