FLAME University, a pioneer of liberal education in India, invites scholars, educators, researchers, and industry professionals to participate in the FLAME University Case Conference 2026, to be held on 3 July 2026 at its Lavale campus in Pune. Building on more than five years of successful case conferences, this flagship academic event provides a rigorous and collegial platform for the presentation and exchange of original, unpublished, classroom-tested, and research-based case studies in management and allied interdisciplinary domains.

ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍøt the Conference

The FLAME University Case Conference is designed to strengthen the ecosystem of case-based teaching, learning, and research by bringing together academicians, doctoral scholars, graduate students, case writers, and industry practitioners from India and abroad. The conference encourages submissions that are analytically rich, contextually grounded, and pedagogically relevant, using primary and/or secondary data. Both teaching cases and research-oriented cases are welcome, with a strong emphasis on real-world decision-making and contemporary challenges faced by organizations and society.

Conference Objectives

The primary objectives of the conference are to:

  • Provide a high-quality forum for showcasing practice-oriented and classroom-tested case studies.
  • Encourage scholarly engagement with emerging business, technological, and social challenges.
  • Promote interdisciplinary dialogue and innovation in case writing and pedagogy.
  • Foster collaboration among academics, researchers, and practitioners across institutions and sectors

Submissions may be made in the form of Full Case Studies, Quick Cases, or Multimedia Cases. Please note that only full case studies are eligible for the Best Case Award.

Submission Guidelines

All case submissions must be original and unpublished and should be accompanied by a well-structured Teaching Note. The recommended length is 3,000–6,000 words, inclusive of appendices, and references must follow APA style. Cases may be developed using field research, interviews, publicly available information, or secondary data sources. Registration Fees

Registration is mandatory for all participating authors. The conference offers differentiated pricing for Indian and international participants, as detailed below:

Early Bird Registration

  • Industry Participants: ₹3,500 / USD 80
  • Academicians: ₹2,500 / USD 65
  • Scholars & Students: ₹2,000 / USD 40

Regular Registration

  • Industry Participants: ₹4,000 / USD 90
  • Academicians: ₹3,000 / USD 75
  • Scholars & Students: ₹2,500 / USD 50

Benefits and Publication Opportunities

Participants will have the opportunity to present their work to distinguished academics and corporate leaders, engage in meaningful scholarly discussions, and expand their professional networks. Selected and outstanding cases may be invited for publication in partnered peer-reviewed journals or edited volumes, subject to standard review processes. All accepted and presented cases will also be eligible for enhanced visibility through conference publishing and indexing partners.
