ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing SIG AwardsÂ
The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing SIG welcomes nominations for two distinguished awards recognizing outstanding scholarly contributions to the field of international marketing.
Excellence in Research AwardÂ
This award honors an outstanding article published in a widely recognized, highly respected refereed journal (2016-2025) that has made a significant contribution to global marketing literature. Submit a nomination letter (max 500 words) outlining the contribution, including the paper’s title, authors, full journal citation, and PDF copy. ​
Significant Contributions to Global Marketing Award
This award celebrates a scholar’s substantial impact on global marketing through influential publications, books, new methodologies, awards, or other noteworthy achievements. Nominations (self-nominations welcome) require the nominee’s CV/resume and a cover letter (max 1,000 words) highlighting their contributions; nominees must be current ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing SIG members. ​
Submission Details (Both Awards)Â
Email nominations by January 29, 2026 to Kelly Hewett (kelly.hewett@colostate.edu), copying Goksel Yalcinkaya (Goksel.Yalcinkaya@unh.edu). A panel of past winners, JIM editors, and distinguished academics will review entries. Recipients will be notified by March 4, 2026, with awards presented at the 2026 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing Conference (May 27-29, Nice, France). ​
