The Journal of Service Research is pleased to announce that the new editorial team, led by EIC-elect Florian von Wangenheim, will begin processing submissions starting December 1. The new team includes coeditors Beibei Dong (Lehigh University, USA), Elina Jaakkola (University of Turku, Finland), Bart Lariviere (KU Leuven, Belgium), and Vikas Mittal ((Rice University, USA).
The existing team, led by EIC Ming-Hui Huang (National Taiwan University, Taiwan), with coeditors Clay Voorhees (University of Alabama, USA), Martin Wetzels (EDHEC Business School, France)), and Florian von Wangenheim (ETH Zurich), will continue handling revisions through December 31.
Beginning January 1, 2026, most submissions will be handled by the new team.
