JDM Preconference at SPSP 2026 (Poster & Data Blitz Talk Applications due 10/23/25)
The 20th annual Judgment and Decision Making Preconference at the Society for Personality and Social Psychology annual meeting will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 in Chicago, IL.
The preconference will explore both foundational and groundbreaking ideas at the intersection of social and personality psychology and judgment and decision making research.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Tom Gilovich, Cornell University
- Shereen Chaudhry, Chicago Booth
- Stefano DellaVigna, University of California, Berkeley
- Sam Hirshman, Cornell University
Poster Session & Data Blitz:
Graduate students are encouraged to submit research projects for the poster session and data blitz presentations. To submit a poster for consideration, please complete an application including a 200-word (max) abstract and one figure or table of data here:

Top poster submissions will be selected for data blitz-style presentations (in lieu of a poster).
The deadline for submissions is October 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT.
