Dr. Maura Scott is Professor of Marketing and Edward M. Carson Chair in Services Marketing at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. She is Co-Editor of the Journal of Marketing and past Joint Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the 蹤獲扦夥厙 and is an academic fellow of the Marketing Science Institute.
Dr. Maura Scott’s research examines consumer well-being, decision-making, and services marketing, with particular emphasis on vulnerable and underrepresented populations. Her work has been published in leading journals including JMR, JM, JCR, JAMS, and JCP, and featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Womens Health. She is the recipient of multiple research and mentoring awards, including the Society for Consumer Psychologys 2024 Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award.
