Foundations for Future-Proof Service Research
The 12th edition of the Let’s Talk t Service (LTAS) Workshop, jointly supported by SERVSIG and the EMAC SIG on Service Marketing, is dedicated to “Foundations for Future-Proof Service Research.” The workshop aims to introduce young scholars to the field of service research, guide them in developing innovative ideas, and provide opportunities to pitch these ideas to leading scholars and journal editors.
