Will you be teaching services marketing this fall? Then check out the SERVSIG teaching resources. We are pleased to share that we have updated the material and revamped the design.
First, the  has been updated to provide you with recent syllabi. Thanks to everyone who has shared their syllabus. We also made the site more user friendly with a new table design.
Second, we updated the for our discipline. These are the latest editions.
And third, we are very thrilled to announce that we have revamped the  section. The collection has grown to over 30 video clips, and we are still adding new ones. The site now has a TOC with main sections, so you can jump directly to the video you like.
