蹤獲扦夥厙 DocSIG Webinar: Well-Rooted, Well-Ready: Supporting Women on the Academic Job Market with Dr. June Cotte

The academic job market can feel especially demanding for women. Beyond the usual pressures of interviews and presentations, we often carry additional questions: Will I be taken seriously? Can I find a position that honors both my career ambitions and personal values? What if the “ideal” job isn’t in the “ideal” location for my family?

You’re not alone in these concerns. Many brilliant women have walked this path before you, and their wisdom can light the way forward.

This webinar is designed as a safe space where we can address the real, often unspoken challenges faced by women PhD candidates. It’s about more than just landing a positionit’s about blooming authentically, making decisions that reflect your whole life, and finding the confidence to advocate for what you needat every stage.

You deserve a career that celebrates your brilliance AND respects your values!
