Renu Sharma is a third-year Ph.D. student in Marketing at the University of Houston, C. T. Bauer College of Business, specializing in salesforce management and salesforce compensation. As an empirical researcher, she leverages quantitative methods to explore questions that contribute to both academic research and managerial practice.
