We invite applications to give a talk or attend the 9th annual New Directions in Research on the Psychology of Technology conference, taking place on November 14–15, 2025Ìý¾±²ÔÌýWashington DC hosted by the University of Virginia Darden Business School.
This is a small conference that brings together a highly curated group of leading scholars and industry thinkers who share a common interest: understanding how technology is shaping human experience—and how we can guide its evolution toward meaningful, human-centered outcomes.
This year’s theme is: Promoting Human Flourishing Through Purpose-Driven AI.
For Faculty: If you are interested in giving a research talk (15-20-minutes with time for Q&A), please complete  by June 20.
For Graduate Students and Postdocs: We encourage all interested graduate students and postdoctoral scholars to apply to present your work in a datablitz talk or a poster. To apply, please complete  by June 20.
