28th Excellence In Services International Conference (EISIC) Announcement

The 28th Excellence In Services International Conference (EISIC) will take place at the

University of Belgrade, Serbia, on 28th and 29th August 2025

Founded by the University of Toulon (France) and the University of Verona (Italy) in 1998 as the “Toulon-Verona Conference”, renamed the “Excellence In Services International Conference” in 2017, the Conference focuses on the search for excellence in management.

Over the years, more than 2,000 papers have been presented at the Conference.

The Conference includes plenary sessions with keynote speakers and specialized parallel sessions.
