Marketing Scholars, I have several dozen authors’ copies (hardcovers, paperbacks, and international editions) of my 8 books on Market Definition/Segmentation and Customer Value that I am happy to give you to assist in your customer-centric research.
This includes 3 editions of Market Segmentation (2004, 1994, 1987) and Defining Your Market (1998). Also, I wrote 4 editions of Superior Customer Value (2019, 2012, 2004, 1999). Sorry, free copies of the 2019 textbook are not available. Learn more about these books at my Amazon page.
In addition to the books, I also was the founder/editor of the Journal of Segmentation in Marketing (1997 to 2002). We published 57 articles and 938 pages of segmentation research. Limited copies of the 8 thematic issues are also available.
