We are currently seeking for paper for a meta-analysis we are conducting, under review in a well-recognized scientific journal in Marketing.
We want to make sure we don’t drop any papers of interest before the meta-analysis is published.
Therefore, we’re looking for papers (conferences, thesis/dissertation/journal articles) that compare:
1. whether being assisted (vs. not assisted) by a recommendation system/AI/algorithm affects the effort or quality of a consumer’s decision in a purchasing process
OR
2. Being assisted by a human (friends, family, expert) vs. a recommendation system/AI/algorithm on the effort or quality of a consumer’s decision in a purchasing process
Thank you in advance and don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any further information.
Sara-Maude,
Professor in marketing
