Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to submit a paper for the 24th International Marketing Trends Conference which will take place from the 23rd to the 25th of January 2025 in Venice.

Conference deadlines:

  • 16 Sept. 2024 : Deadline Call for Paper / Poster
  • 04 Nov. 2024 : Deadline Applications Doctoral Colloquium
  • 04 Nov. 2024 : Deadline Applications Best Thesis and Luxury Awards
  • 12 Nov. 2024 : Acceptance Notifications
  • 23-25 Jan. 2025 : International Marketing Trends Conference

You will find attached all the detailed publication rules.

Key pieces of information about the paper and poster submission:

  • The conference proceedings all have an ISBN Number and will be published on our website in open source. All the proceedings are indexed in the Google Scholar database.
  • You should submit your proposal directly on the IMTC Submission Platform. We will only consider papers, posters and applications that have been submitted via the online submission platform.
  • The papers are expected to be 5 pages – 20,000 characters spaces included long (short paper / extended abstract). This does NOT include the cover page with the title of the paper and the abstract, the tables, the graphs, the appendix and the references. Any paper not respecting the rules will be rejected.
  • The official language of the conference is English but the papers can be written in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Publication rules available on the IMTC conference website.
  • The posters are also expected to be sent via the IMTC Submission Platform. They must be written in English.
  • A selection of papers will be submitted by the Track Chairs to be considered for the IMTC Best Paper Award.
  • As you may know, the conference is also the editor of the Journal of Marketing Trends, which is a ranked publication. The conference is an opportunity for you to submit an extended version of your paper for a publication in the journal.
