Call for Unpublished Papers on Customer Reactions to AI agents
We are looking for any unpublished studies or working papers you might have for a meta-analysis of the artificial intelligence (AI) literature.
We warmly invite submissions that focus on the effect of AI (vs. human or other) agents on consumer responses in marketing. Specifically, we seek studies or unpublished studies that:
- manipulate the type of agent (human vs. AI, including GenAI, algorithms, etc.);
- analyze the effects on consumer intentions, attitudes and behaviors (For example, purchase intentions, satisfaction with interactions with the agent, attitudes towards the brand, trust in the agent, willingness to pay).
Submission Guidelines
If you would like to share your unpublished manuscripts with us, please:
- ensure that the documents provide effect sizes or the necessary statistics to calculate them (sample size, mean, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, etc.); and
- attach any study materials, i.e. any supplementary materials that contain information on what is manipulated in your studies, and how it is manipulated, as well as your measures.
Please submit the document(s) to metaanalysisai@gmail.com in either .doc, .pdf, or .ppt format by Friday July 15th GMT.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Warm Regards,
