We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated doctoral students who can join our team in the following positions:

• Assistant Vice Chair of Communications: In this position, you will manage our extensive email listserv and execute media campaigns provided by the DocSIG leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing email data and occasionally rewriting texts to fit specific email campaigns. This role requires a time commitment of 2-3 hours per month, with increased activity before Winter and Summer ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø conferences and during officer rotations.
• Assistant Vice AND Vice Chair of Content Management: In this position, you will update the official ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø DocSIG website with content beneficial to doctoral students. While prior experience in website creation and management is preferred, it is not required. This role requires a time commitment of 2-3 hours per month, with increased activity before Winter and Summer ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø conferences and during officer rotations.

Assistant Vice Chair of Special Projects & Partnerships: In this role, you will assist the Vice Chair of Special Projects and Partnerships in selecting restaurants for the DocSIG dinner and aid the Chair in organizing DocSIG events at both Winter and Summer ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø conferences. Additionally, you will leverage our partnerships with other SIGs, JM and JMR to plan, coordinate, and implement activities (e.g., webinars) of interest to our doctoral student community.
