What pressing research questions about brand and customer loyalty require further exploration?
The Loyalty Science Lab at Old Dominion University is compiling the second edition of The Loyalty Puzzle, a document outlining the high-priority research questions on brand and customer loyalty based on both academic and practitioner input (see the 2020 edition at).
We invite you to help us update the document by submitting what you consider to be the pressing research questions in this area. That is, what do we need to know more about brand and customer loyalty? Your responses will play a vital role in shaping the upcoming edition of “The Loyalty Puzzle” and directing the research focus of this crucial field in the years ahead.
