The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School is excited to host the Future of Customer-Centric Managerial Insights Mini-Conference on June 25th.

We hope you join us for this ½ day intimate conference on cutting-edge quantitative and managerially-oriented marketing research that will allow for discussions and networking!

The conference will be held from 12:30-5:45 at the UTS Business School, a Frank Gehry designed building, located a 15-minute walk from Darling Harbour (the location of ISMS).

The conference will also hold a dinner and drinks event at its conclusion at the Opera House Bar, a venue that offers some of the best views of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The conference will have a single-track of presentations and we are pleased to feature presentations from the following researchers:

  • Gai le Roy (CEO of IAB Australia, the leading MarTech industry body in Australia)
  • Adam Good (Founder of Auric Experiences; and former Chief Digital Transformation Officer and Executive Director of Marketing Technology of WPP)
  • Yitong Wang (Head of Seller Growth and Head of Service Delivery for Center of Satisfaction at the Alibaba Group)

We hope you can join us for this mini-conference held two days before ISMS in Sydney!

Registration is required, and we have kept the costs low for the event to further encourage your attendance. We especially encourage junior faculty and PhD students to attend.
