As you begin the 2024 Spring Semester, the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Collegiate Communities team would like to help you plan ahead and start thinking about your Spring graduates, and who will qualify for the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s honorary society,Ìý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìý²Ñ³ÜÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹.
The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’sÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìý²Ñ³ÜÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìýnomination process will highlight your deserving students who have displayed excellence in their marketing field of study and we want to help you recognize those students’ exceptional work by nominating them today!
´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìý²Ñ³ÜÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹ÌýEligibility:
Individuals meeting one of the requirements below are eligible for nomination by their ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø faculty advisor (or a tenured marketing faculty for those universities without an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø collegiate chapter).Ìý Acceptance will include an honorary personalized certificate, pin and cord.
- Senior Undergraduate Students – All marketing students holding a minimum overall G.P.A. of 3.25. For institutions that do not have a marketing major, students with a GPA of 3.25 demonstrating excellence in their marketing-related field can be nominated.
- Graduate Students – All students in the top 20% GPA of all students in a master’s level program and concentrating in marketing.Ìý A concentration is considered a minimum of two graduate marketing courses beyond the core graduate course in marketing.
- Doctoral Students – All doctoral students majoring in marketing who have completed their course work and passed their comprehensive examination.
- Marketing Faculty – A member of the instructional, research, or administrative staff of the school, holding a full-time appointment in marketing, may be inducted upon the attainment of tenure at that school. For those faculty/institutions where tenure is not applicable, the individualÌýmust have completed six years of such work at the institution.
- Nominees cannot nominate themselves for induction intoÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìý²Ñ³ÜÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹, and will be rejected.
As you begin to consider yourÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìý²Ñ³ÜÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìýnomination(s) for the Spring semester, please plan accordingly to ensure that your nominee(s) will receive theirÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìý²Ñ³ÜÌý´¡±ô±è³ó²¹Ìýofficial material (personalized certificate, pin and cord) in time for the graduation or luncheon ceremony celebration.Ìý Work your way backwards starting on the ceremony date and go back 4-5 weeks out to determineÌýyour deadline date.Ìý Please keep in mind that the process takes 4-5 weeks, and there’s no expedited shipping available.
