Dear ELMAR Subscribers,

We are writing to you as a team of Marketing Scholars from India and Italy, currently conducting a comprehensive study aimed at understanding the skills and capabilities needed by initial and early-stage academic researchers to conduct impactful academic research.

Our research is specifically focused on final year doctoral and postdoctoral students, and Early or Mid-Career Academics. We aim to gain a deeper understanding of the skills and capabilities inherent in this diverse group, with the ultimate goal of better equipping future scholars within the academic community.
