VALUE(S) AND MARKETING: CREATION AND DESTRUCTION OF VALUE(S) FOR SOCIETY

Date and location of the event: June 5 to 7, 2024 in Paris – Paris Dauphine University – PSL

The French Marketing Association (afm) brings together teachers, researchers and practitioners around marketing research and marketing practices in a spirit of community. Each year, the afm annual congress is a place for reflection and conviviality around the most recent themes in marketing and hot topics for those in the scientific community and practitioners. This 40th congress , organized by the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL and the Dauphine Research in Management Laboratory (DRM), will be an opportunity to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the afm.

Research around the development of marketing that creates more value(s) is therefore the subject in the spotlight at the 40th afm congress. The following themes are proposed (the list is not exhaustive):

If all issues are encouraged, regardless of the theme proposed this year, we invite all authors to produce at the conclusion of their submission a reflection of a few lines around the theme of value. As far as possible, all the conclusions will be analyzed in order to produce a synthesis around our reflections on the theme of “Value(s) and Marketing”.

The calendar

  • October 16, 2023: Opening date for online submissions
  • December 4, 2023 : Deadline for submission of online communications (this date is mandatory, no submission received after this date will be accepted)
  • February 15, 2024: Notification of decisions to authors and modifications to be made
  • March 20, 2024: Deadline for receipt of final communications
