Dear colleagues,
Greetings.
As you may know, CNS (Customer Needs and Solutions Journal) is publishing a series of articles on marketing departments (groups) that have made, and will continue to make, substantial contributions to our discipline and the practice of marketing. The short-term objective is to provide valuable information for doctoral candidates (even applicants) and job candidates and could be used by a department to share with other stakeholders. The long-term objective is for this series of articles, collectively (possibly as volumes of books), to become a historical and comprehensive record for our discipline.
We would like to update you on new department reflection pieces from four more distinguished marketing groups (Dartmouth, Kellogg, Rochester, UNSW), which should be of general interest to our community (listed in alphabetic order of the last name of the first author).
