Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to announce that the XV International Conference of the Academy of Wine Business Research (AWBR) entitled ���Ever-evolving experiences in innovative and sustainable wine systems��� will take place on the 9th-12th of July 2024 in Verona (Italy) organized by the Department of Management of the University of Verona.

The conference is open to all contributions on a wide variety of wine-related topics. Please see below the Call for Papers.

We are glad to offer the opportunity that papers on the subject of wine experience, wine tourism and hospitality may be selected for consideration for a Special Issue of the International Journal of Wine Business Research (IJWBR), the official academic journal outlet of the AWBR.

You can submit:

• competitive papers (standard conference papers based on rigorous theoretical or empirical research, up to 10 pages all included)
• extended abstracts (up to 800 words for researchers who would like to present their preliminary results of a research project, or their findings based on rigorous theoretical or empirical research in a short form).

The submission deadline is on the 31st of December 2023.

Conference information (registration, programme, venues, accommodation and travel) will be available at the Conference website.

The conference will be held in person. We are planning several conference activities: a plenary session, a round table with the wine industry, parallel sessions, a workshop on wine business teaching and a special session for PhD students and young researchers. Alongside these activities, we will organise a seminar on wines from Verona, a wine tour, and events to taste local food and wines, enjoy the historical city centre and attend the Arena Opera.

We will keep you updated on activities and deadlines for conference submission and registration.
