2023 Africa Digital Frontier Conference

Conference Dates: 9th – 10th November 2023

Location: In-Person (Awka, Nigeria) and ONLINE (ZOOM)

Theme: Digital Technology Disruptions and Consumer Behaviour in Africa

We are delighted to announce the 2023 Africa Digital Frontier Conference, an International Conference on Digital Technology and Consumer Behaviour in Africa. This conference is a collaborative effort between the Department of Marketing at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria, and The Centre for Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation (CEMRI).

Join us at the 2023 Africa Digital Frontier Conference, where we explore Africa’s tech ecosystem, analyse consumer behaviour, and delve into the interactions between consumers and digital technologies. Together, we seek to uncover innovative strategies that drive technology adoption and foster digital transformation for brands across the continent. Through this comprehensive examination, we aim to offer valuable insights, guidance, and collaboration opportunities that will revolutionize the digital landscape in Africa while ensuring its benefits are accessible to all

Submission Guidelines:

Authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts by 1 October 2023. Abstracts should be between 250 to 500 words, outlining the purpose, methodology/approach, and the theoretical and managerial implications of the research. Accepted abstracts will be published in the esteemed conference proceedings, enhancing their visibility and impact.

Registration:

  • Students: N10,000 (N5,000 for online participation)
  • Early Birds (before 20 October): N20,000 (N10,000 for online participation)
  • Late registration (after 20 October): N25,000 (N15,000 for online participation)
  • Local Institutional Participants: N90,000
  • International participants: $50
