The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Foundation (ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍøF) is proud to recognize Gail Ayala Taylor as the recipient of the 2023 Williams-Qualls-Spratlen Multicultural Mentoring Award of Excellence.
The WQS Award recognizes world-class marketing scholars and mentors of color while carrying on the legacy of three legendary educators: Jerome Williams, William (Bill) Qualls, and Thaddeus H. Spratlen.
Professor Taylor has educated numerous undergraduates, MBAs, CEOs, and senior business leaders since joining the faculty at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business in 2000. Her primary research is in the areas of undergraduate transition from college to career, nontraditional retail sales promotions, and involuntary switching. She has been the recipient of several “best paper” awards and has been recognized as a “Hall of Fame Professor” by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City for her excellence in teaching entrepreneurs. In 2022, she was inducted into The PhD Project’s Hall of Fame for her impact in advancing diversity in academia and corporate America.
