SERVSIG services syllabi and movie collection
Hello marketing community,
It is summer break in many regions, but some of you might already be prepping for the new semester. So this is a great time to announce some new updates of the SERVSIG Teaching Resources.
We added four new great movie clips on the website

- customer experience in healthcare (what if restaurants were run as healthcare)
- tipping for services;
- employee attitude;
- human dependence on technology.
Check them out. Also, we are updating the section with syllabi for services-related courses. If you have any recent syllabi from 2022/2023 on services marketing and management, design or operations, please email me directly: sven.tuzovic@qut.edu.au
