New Deadline for 2022 ISMS Dissertation Award and Research Grant

Given the later start of the rookie job market this year, we understand that candidates could use a little more time to finalize their submissions for the ISMS dissertation competition. We are therefore extending the deadline from Sep 30 toÌýOctober 14, 2022.ÌýPlease note there will be no further extensions. To keep things simple, the new deadline applies to both the dissertation competition and the research grants.

1. 2022 ISMS Doctoral Dissertation Proposal Competition

The INFORMS Society for Marketing Science (ISMS) is pleased to announce its ISMS 2022 Doctoral Dissertation Proposal Competition. This dissertation proposal competition is held annually and recognizes the best doctoral dissertation proposals on important topics in marketing science.

Award Information: ÌýThe (a)ÌýVithala R. and Saroj V. Rao ISMS Doctoral Dissertation Award,Ìý(b)ÌýSheth Foundation ISMS Doctoral Dissertation Award, and (c) up to three ISMS Doctoral Dissertation Awards will be awarded to the best proposals.ÌýÌýEach award winner will receive $5,000.Ìý Please see the attached file d

The INFORMS Society for Marketing Science (ISMS) is pleased to announce its new initiative to provide support to PhD students conducting marketing science research.ÌýThese grants will beÌýneed-basedÌýand preference will be given to candidates whose universities or advisors are not in a position to help them collect data, buy data or equipment, or pay for RAÌýsupport

Grant Information: Up to five grants, each of $5000, will be awarded to the most deserving proposals.
