Dear colleagues,
How do you engage your students in class? How do you teach services marketing concepts? Are you on the hunt for videos? Well, I’m excited to share our updated SERVSIG video library with new movie clips. I added new concepts including value co-creation and remote service delivery during the pandemic as well as three movie scenes on service automation and service robots. Btw, do you have any updated syllabi related to services (i.e. services marketing / management / design / operations and any variations). If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help us and share your syllabus. I’m interested in any course title, any level (UG, Grad, MBA/Exec), and any region, but not older than two years.
