Personal Selling and Sales Management  Track for the Academy of Marketing Science(AMS) 2023 World Marketing Congress (WMC) invites you to join friends and fellow researchers at the historic city of Kent, United Kingdom. The 24th AMS WMC will meet during July 11-14, 2023, at the University of Kent (UK).

The sales track provides you an opportunity to present your research studies to the worldwide audiences of likeminded research colleagues, discuss findings, and receive friendly feedback. We encourage papers that explore areas including (but not limited to) the metamorphosis of the B2B selling process resulting from social and technological changes, salespersons’ adaptations to the traditional selling process in response to marketplace changes, influence of digital technology on buyers (and the buying process), the role of ethics and trust in the closing process with buyers, and new insights into customer relationship development in the digital age. We urge you to place greater emphasis on studies that help academics in probing new theories as well as relevant and useful to sales practitioners.

Deadline for Submissions

Electronic submissions must be received no later than, October 22, 2022. Full paper submissions should not exceed 12 single-spaced pages or 7,000 words in total (including all exhibits and references) whichever is less. Structured abstracts submissions should not exceed 4 single-spaced pages.
