Journal of Service Research (JSR) 2021 Best Article Award

Each year,JSR selects an article published in the preceding year to receive the Best Article Award. A vote of the JSR AEs was taken that considered all of the articles published in JSR in 2021 (volume 24), excluding editorials and authored by the EIC. The voting led to the identification of three finalist articles, from which the eventual winning article was selected.
