My name is Nuno Camacho and I teach marketing strategy at Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam. I would like to reach out to the marketing community to ask feedback about the use of a simulation by Das Naryandas called “Marketing Simulation: Managing Segments and Customers V3” ( Specifically, I would be happy to hear from ELMAR members who have used this simulation in their courses what their experiences are with the simulation (including how long it takes to play it and debrief in class).
Also, if you could please share any tips on the different scenarios (e.g., slightly vs. strongly aggressive competitor response; playing with or without PR crisis and market disruption) and how they impact the key learnings you extract from the simulation form an evidence-based marketing strategy class, that would be very appreciated.
