What about spending a week sharpening your machine learning skillls in the Netherlands this Summer (more specifically, in multi armed bandits and reinforcement learning)?
This Summer we will be running a one-week hands-on Summer course on the fundamentals and applications of multi-armed bandits. Open to students and professionals interested in areas such as, but not limited to, online advertising, clinical trials, pricing, website optimization, targeting, coupons, personalization, and any sequential decision-making problems that can be tackled with learning algorithms.
We will use examples and discuss applications in various fields, including marketing science, management science, economics, and clinical trials. The focus is applied, discussing and implementing algorithms on real-world data.
The Summer School is organized by the Business Data Science program, a joint initiative of the Erasmus University, the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
