EXTENDED DEADLINES

After a number of requests, the Scientific Program chairs are pleased to inform you that deadlines for Scientific contributions at EuroXR 2022 have been extended as follow:

• All Scientific submissions: May 9, 2022, 23:59 CEST
• Notifications to the authors: June 20, 2022, 23:59 CEST
• Camera ready for all Scientific contributions: July 4, 2022, 23:59 CEST (no change)

Please note that no change is planned for the deadlines of the Application track and Demo & Exhibition track of EuroXR 2022.

SUBMISSION WEBSITES & GUIDELINES

Proceedings of the Scientific track of EuroXR 2022 will be edited by Springer Nature as a Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Therefore, such submissions and accepted contributions have to be uploaded thanks to the Online Conference Service (EquinOCS) of Springer.

Regarding the Application track and Demo & Exhibition track of EuroXR 2022, these proceedings will be published an ISBN-registered volume edited by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. Such contributions will be managed with EasyChair. This portal will open after the Scientific track submission deadline. This will be announced with another call and in the guidelines these tracks: For further information, feel free to contact the Application Program Chairs or the Demo & Exhibition Chairs of EuroXR 2022.

In case a physical attendance of the conference will not be feasible (due to Covid-19), we will publish all accepted papers as stated above, and we will hold a virtual conference that will allow all authors to present their work.
