Please consider submitting your best work that explores how the global pandemic has transformed the field of sales and sales management. Papers should emphasize what changes emerging from the pandemic are likely to persist and to transform the way we manage any aspect of the selling function in the future. How has sales evolved? What have we learned? Where do we go from here?
