Dear colleagues,
We are updating the SERVSIG database of services marketing syllabi. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help us and share your syllabus related to services (services marketing / management / design / operations and any variations). Im interested in any course title, any level (UG, Grad, MBA/Exec), and any region, but not older than two years. You can email me your syllabi as Word or PDF to sven.tuzovic@qut.edu.au
I would also like to announce that we have created a new teaching resource called Movie Scenes for Services ( Feel free to browse and use this for your classes. We hope that this new feature will enhance your services teaching.
