The Robert Lusch Early Career Research Award has surpassed endowment level and can officially be recognized as an official ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Foundation award!Â
With the support of ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Volunteers and the generosity of ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍøF donors, the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍøF is thrilled to announce we have hit our endowment level and can begin honoring Bob and recognizing young scholars through this award. This award was initially proposed to honor the late marketing luminary Bob Lusch and support scholars in their careers’ early stages. Throughout Bob’s career, he always made space to serve the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø, including as a council leader, a journal editor, a vice president for publications, a foundation board advisor, and an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø board chair.
The Robert Lusch Award will recognize a scholar who has published an article early in their career in an ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Journal (Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of International Marketing, or Journal of Public Policy & Marketing). The selected article will push boundaries and introduce novel theories and/or conceptual frames that better understand consumers, markets, and marketing actions. Â The inaugural award recipient will be honored and recognized at the 2023 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Winter Academic Conference.
