Introduction
Scott Wright and Joseph Goodman invite you to take part in a survey on the opinions and research practices of marketing academics

Dear Marketing Colleague,
Can you help us on our research about marketing academics? We are interested in your practice and opinions on marketing research in academia. It’s a very short (less than 10 min) survey. We need all areas of marketing to respond, and based on your expertise, we are inviting you to complete the survey. As an incentive, we are donating $1 to UNICEF for every survey we collect.
We will only use your responses in aggregate and no identifying information will be reported or linked to your responses (we are using the Qualtrics anonymizer). The objective is to publish a summary of the results to understand current trends and opinions in data collection, particularly crowdsourcing such as Amazon’s Mechanical Turk. Your opinion is highly valued and we greatly appreciate your participation!

Oh, and if you’re not conducting research in marketing, you can ignore this email. We tried to limit this to only active researchers, but we wanted to err on the side of inclusion.
Thanks in advance for your participation!
