Who is PREDOC?
PREDOC is a consortium of academic and research institutions whose mission is to foster a talented and diverse population of researchers in the quantitative social sciences, with a particular focus on predoctoral programs in economics departments and business schools. These institutions at the moment include Chicago, Columbia, Harvard, MIT, Northwestern, NYU, Princeton, Stanford, UT Austin, Yale, the NBER, and the Federal Reserve system.

The Coalition of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officers is currently a group of 13 individuals who oversee and advise their deans on matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion for faculty, staff, and students, and lead initiatives as well as the recruitment and retention of diverse faculty members across all schools at the University of Texas at Austin Campus.
