ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing SIG – Research in Excellence Award

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing SIG is soliciting nominations for the Excellence in Research Award. The award recognizes an outstanding article published in a widely recognized and highly respected refereed journal that has made a significant contribution to the literature on global marketing.

We invite you to nominate yourself or any marketing scholar whose article was published in the previous 10 years (2010-2019). Please send a nomination letter not exceeding 250 words with a brief outline of the global marketing research contribution by January 31, 2020, to Goksel Yalcinkaya (ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø GM SIG Chair, goksel.yalcinkaya@unh.edu) and Constantine S. Katsikeas (VC of Awards and Recognition, buscsk@leeds.ac.uk). Nominations need to include: 1. The title of the paper; 2. Author(s); 3. Journal name, volume, and issue number.

Nominations will be reviewed by a panel of past winners of the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø GM SIG awards, current/past JIM editors, and other distinguished academics appointed by the board of directors of the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing SIG.

The winning article will be announced in March and the award will be presented at the 2020 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Global Marketing Conference in Taormina, ITALY.
