Dear Colleagues,

Apologies for cross posting! Please see the below request for unpublished studies:

We are in the process of preparing a meta-analysis on the relationship between frontline employee engagement, frontline employee performance, and customer engagement.

We are writing to you to request unpublished data (i.e., correlations, means, sample sizes, and reliability estimates) between frontline employee engagement, frontline employee performance, and customer engagement variables.

Additionally, if you have conducted a study on employee and customer engagement that you think meets these criteria, please email Miracle Qi at qij@gvsu.edu.

To facilitate timely submission of our manuscript, we are asking for all available unpublished data by 10/21/19.
