Dear Colleagues,
This is a reminder that the call for papers for the 27th International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing (ICRM) is still open.
This year’s colloquium theme is the role of relationship marketing in building sustainability, creating shared value and contributing towards social responsibility. We have pleasure in inviting your extended abstracts, poster presentations, proposals for debate or panel discussions.
Submission Deadline: Sunday 30th June 2019.
Contributions are invited exploring the role that relationship marketing plays in creating and delivering value in contemporary society. We especially welcome submissions from multi-disciplinary perspectives and those which demonstrate engagement/co-creation with stakeholders across the public, private and third sectors.
Potential topics include:
· Value co-creation and relationship marketing
- Social value and measurement
- Sustainability, ethics and society
- CSR and value creation
- Relationship marketing and well-being
- Challenges and opportunities in the sharing economy
- New and emerging business models and value creation for society
- Customer experience and value creation
- New platforms for value creation
- Value creation in social enterprises
- Co-creating value in the future

- Monday 9th December-Registration, full colloquium and reception dinner
- Tuesday 10th December-Full colloquium and colloquium dinner
- Wednesday 11th December-Academia meets Practice Conference (inclusive in colloquium fee)
ICRM 2019 will be hosted by Otago Business School, University of Otago, New Zealand.
