IntelligentISE marketing, hospitality, and tourism towards sustainability
Artificial intelligence (AI), business intelligence (BI), and emotional intelligence (EI) have been buzzwords in business and academic communities. These intelligences not only facilitate business operations but also symbolise a paradigm shift in organizations and industries. Concurrently this new paradigm sparks a debate on the relevant impact of these machine and personal intelligences on organizational efficiency and human jobs. Given the significant weighting of these intelligences in hospitality and tourism sector, the forthcoming conference is to address the roles of these intelligences in broad marketing and specific hospitality and tourism fields.
