Artificial Intelligence & Robotics in Service Interactions: trends, benefits and challenges

AIRSI2019

This workshop seeks to advance in the analysis and understanding of how the progressive use of automated forms of interaction in services (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, robots, chatbots, etc.) is affecting customer perceptions, preferences and final choices.

This workshop will be a great opportunity for specialists to generate a real and valuable interaction and exchange ideas that will allow a significant improvement of their initial proposals. In fact, we expect to receive papers in different stage of development from completely finished papers to embryonic state ideas.

We have confirmed the presence of great specialists who will deliver insightful speeches on this specific subject and will moderate some sessions.
