2018 Mathew Joseph Emerging Scholar Award Winners

DocSIG is pleased to announce that Maria Rodas, from the University of Minnesota, has been awarded the 2018 Mathew Joseph Emerging Scholar Award! Dr. Mathew Joseph honors a doctoral student who has displayed exemplary holistic scholarship and exhibits a bright future in the marketing discipline. It is a huge honor for the selected doctoral student. The faculty judges look for a top emerging PhD student who holistically has the influence and abilities to become a great marketing scholar. This year, however, due to the large number of amazing applicants and quality of submissions, we are also awarding one finalist. Jeewon (Brianna) Choi, from Georgia State University, is the finalist for the Mathew Joseph Emerging Scholar Award!

Marketing scholar judges evaluated all of the candidate submissions. The awards will be presented at the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Educators’ Conference in Boston this August. Congratulations to the winner and finalist!
