Emerald seeks applications for Editor of the International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship

The International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship is seeking applications for a new journal Editor.

IJSMS is the world’s leading journal for the sports marketing industry, providing a vital resource to both academic and industry experts.

The journal is developing well with 28,000 downloads made in 2016, 39,000 in 2017 and 19,500 in the first 4 months of this year. We are covered by the Social Sciences Citation Index and Scopus – both highly influential services.

Our current Editor, Michel Desbordes, will be stepping down from his role at the end of the year. The appointment of the next Editor will be a key decision in the future development of the journal. We are now entering the process to find this successor. If you would like to put your name forward, please do so as follows:
