Alex Belli, Ljubomir Pupovac and Ekaterina Napolova seek published or unpublished studies on the effectiveness of loyalty programs

Alex Belli, Ljubomir Pupovac and Ekaterina Napolova, University of Technology Sydney, are conducting a meta-analysis on the effectiveness of loyalty programs and are seeking any published or unpublished studies in the domain.

We are looking for any papers investigating the effect on loyalty program membership (or introduction/presence of loyalty program) on both consumers spending and attitudes (e.g. frequency purchase, satisfaction etc.) and company performance (e.g. sales, profit etc.). We welcome papers employing different research designs (e.g. experiments, surveys, panel data etc.).
