Introduction

The European Journal of Marketing invites proposals for special issues; Deadline 26 Mar 2018

The European Journal of Marketing invites proposals for special issues on topics of current and emerging importance in any area of marketing. Proposals will be judged by the Editor-in-Chief and key members of the editorial leadership team. Proposals should include:

  • An outline of the proposed theme
  • Evidence of the importance of this area
  • Explanation as to why this issue would address an important gap in the current knowledge base
  • Indication of the expertise of the proposed Guest Editor(s) in this area
  • Examples of the topics the issue would cover

EJM is committed to delivering impact in the broadest sense in terms of the material it publishes. Proposals which feature representatives from industry or the public sector as part of the team would be welcomed. The roles of such members would be to provide a perspective on the field from outside of academia and to draw in some input to the issue from professionals/policy makers.

The deadline for the receipt of proposals is March 26 2018 and the intention is to publish completed special issue(s) by the end of 2019 or early 2020.
