The winner and runner-up of the 2018 William O. Bearden Award were announced at the Southeast Marketing Symposium hosted by the University of Alabama.

Please congratulate Harrison Pugh from Florida State University for his winning research entitled “Effective Win-Back Window Strategies.”

Recognition also goes to the runner-up, Corinne Kelley, from Florida State University for her paper entitled “The Ambassador Effect: How Inducing an Ambassador Role Increases Consumers’ Prosocial Marketplace Behavior and Patronage Intentions.”
