Penn State’s Institute for the Study of Business Markets, with the support of the Marketing Science Institute (MSI), is sponsoring its 8th biennial Ph.D. Camp for Research in Business-to-Business Markets.
The Camp, open to all doctoral students, but especially targeted to those in their first 3 years of study, is designed to:
- Educate students about research opportunities in the area of BtoB marketing,
- Introduce students to the network of BtoB students and scholars,
- Identify areas of support, data sources, funding and research guidance in the BtoB domain, and
- Provide feedback on student research projects.
The Camp enables students to interact with prominent faculty and young, promising scholars, get acquainted with research paradigms and topics in business-to-business strategy, marketing, and management and understand how to develop and publish quality business research articles in top academic journals.
This year’s Camp will be held at MIT, Sloan School of Management, located at 100 Main Street, Cambridge, MA. The Camp kicks off with lunch on August 6 and ends mid-day on August 7, immediately before the ISBM Academic Conference and the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Educators Conference.
